Day 1

So I went to yoga this morning. I almost did not make it. It was really cool though my friends C and M go with me and my friend we'll call her C was coming in at the same time! It was really fun it is gentle yoga which I really like because it like stretches me and gets me ready for the day. We used the work out balls today so I got a really really good stretching in and some ab work out. If my boyfriend goes looking for a job today when I get out of school I am going to go work out at the gym in our apartment complex.

B - fruit smoothie - 210

I don’t think I am going to eat much more than that today. I was kind of bad last night. See on Sundays me and my family eat dinner together and it’s my whole family like; aunts, grandparents, brother, cousins, my boyfriend, wife’s. There is usually like 12 people there. Well my parents cook and they make real home cooking like stick to your ribs kind of food so even if I try to only eat a little it is still loaded with calories.

So last night I ate one tostada and like 10 chips with some (pico de gallo) salsa. It probably had about 700 calories though because the taco shells were homemade in canola oil. The shell was 150 cals before being cooked plus beans and meat. I was not going to get the meat but I was already eating so little that I knew they would say something so I just sucked it up and ate. So today I am paying for it. I probably won’t eat anything else until dinner because I eat home cooked dinner with my boyfriend. I think we are having steak potato and asparagus tonight though so I shouldn’t be to many calories and plus it is veggies so it's much better that the tostada.








So I just got back from the gym in our apartments. I did the elliptical and some weight lifting for my arms. I am trying to tone them I DO NOT want fat bulky arms. DOES ANYONE KNOW GOOD ARM TONING EXERCISES???? I think I burned like 300 calories but I am not sure because I couldn't measure calories burned for the arm workouts. The gentle yoga I did this morning burnt about 175
